새로 부른건 아니고, 유튜브로 옮기는 작업을 하며 옛곡을 앞으로 한번 더 빼 놓은거지요.

1972년 빌보드 2위까지 올랐던 LOBO의 곡으로 미국에서보다 한국에서 더 많은 인기를 모았다고 합니다. 전해지는 말로는 이런 현상이 일어난건 한국에서 대중의 음악적 취향을 은근하게 주도하던 음악다방 DJ들의 공이었다고 하네요. 

이유야 어찌 되었든 이 곡은 러브멜로디로 상당한 인기를 끌었고, 이 곡을 들으며 아련한 옛사랑의 기억을 떠올리는 사람들이 많을 겁니다. 

한마디로 첫눈에 반해버려 보는 순간 의자에서 떨어질뻔하고 말하려 입을 벌리는 순간 온몸의 피가 다리로 내려가는 줄알았다니 사랑의 표현이란 동서양이 그리 차이가 안나는것 같습니다.
